275 g flour 00
50 g frumina (or starch, it allows me to add. Never did understand that difference, apart from that and the frumina can not do hot chocolate, which is the only thing that interests me. But it's not digress ...)
75 g of icing sugar
a small vial of vanilla flavor (I also like with the orange zest and grated in, btw * _ *)
2 eggs (although the last time I had three because they were infinitesimal usarne -__-)
75 grams of butter (but even less, then why fear when you put foam in the oil . They were moments of pure panic the first time O_O)
1 / 2 envelope of yeast
the usual pinch of salt are pushing for better
seed oil
sugar for sprinkling
Sift flour, frumina, icing sugar.
Add the vanilla flavor, salt, eggs, butter into small pieces and finally the yeast (oh my God I am two years that I do wrong O_o then usually the sieve along with everything else XD).
Knead quickly until all dough is smooth (if too sticky whip for a while 'in the fridge).
Take the usual sausages and cut into small pieces (smaller if possible. I used to make gnocchi cut abundance of stuff that seemed directly extracted from a quarry of marble) ... and fry (think you know how to do XD).
