In all this however is the ridiculous, the judges are evaluating the eligibility of some lists of the center and its ratings assigned to these without considering that these lists were to be admitted to the elections themselves, as if to say, ' Present yourself well to the voters, be careful, however, that if you win there we'll put things right! ' If this is the sovereignty that belongs to the people ... "
